Carpentry Apprenticeship

The four-year Carpentry Apprenticeship is a high-quality program that meets the needs of the local construction industry, combines on-the-job training with classroom/lab instruction, and is accessible to students from diverse backgrounds, cultures and experiences. Graduates will be well-positioned to gain steady employment in the construction industry as a qualified journeyperson carpenter.

Electrical Apprenticeship

We are the only higher education institution in the state with full National Center for Construction Education and Research accreditation. As such, we offer full NCCER accreditation at the end of this four-year Electrical Apprenticeship Program. NCCER is a nationally recognized industry standard which is highly regarded by potential employers both as an incentive to hire and for higher wages.

Construction Management Certificate

This 10-week program is designed for construction professionals looking to effectively manage projects of all sizes. With weekly modules focused on planning, estimating, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and more, this certificate provides you with the skills needed to efficiently manage people, materials, and equipment, whether you work at a small firm or a big company.

Estimating and Bidding Certificate

This 5-week course will cover the basics of advanced building estimating, including unit price cost estimating; quantity takeoff; labor; material; equipment; and computer applications. Bid strategies, productivity, and value engineering will also be examined.
