RWU Community Scanning Day

The library will be hosting its first RWU Community Scanning Day on Thursday November 2, 2023 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in the library's Makerspace. Come learn more about our digital imaging equipment, including a large format scanner and copy stand for digitizing photographs, documents, maps, posters, or other print items.

We’ll help you scan one item - more if time allows. Just bring the item and a USB drive with you to store your archival quality image.

We can also convert audio cassettes and VHS tapes to digital formats. You’ll need to leave those items with us, however, as they convert in real time. (Note: these will be saved as mp3 and mp4 files.)
