The Roger Williams Intramural and Recreational Sports Programs enrich student life by offering a broad range of activities designed to meet the varied needs of the campus community.
The Intramurals program consists of four (4) sessions throughout the academic year; two sessions in each the Fall and Spring semesters.

In order to participate, all individuals must be either a Roger Williams University undergraduate, graduate or ELS student, or a member if the University’s faculty or staff. All individuals are also required to register on imleagues.com to take part in any and all Intramural sports and programs. Imleagues.com is an online Intramurals registration system that RWU has utilized here for the past few years. Information on how to register yourself as well as team in a league being offered can be viewed by clicking on this link:
The Fall II session of Intramurals is already underway which includes 3 v 3 Basketball, Dodgeball and Indoor Volleyball. The 2011-2012 list of champions (and t-shirt winners) to date along with sport runners-up can be viewed at this link:
The next session will take place at the start of the Spring 2012 semester. Registration will open up the week of January 23rd. Sports in Session I of the Spring will include 5 v 5 Indoor Basketball and Indoor Soccer. Information on when leagues will be starting up will be sent out via the RWU Daily Dose and through imleagues.com to those who are registered.
