The Personal Training program is to assist our members as individuals. Our certified and/or equivalently trained personal trainer can help you meet your fitness goals through a tailored exercise program. We have men and women trainers, so we can match your specific needs and comfort level.

Maybe you are stuck in a rut and just need some new ideas to bring excitement back to your workouts. Sometimes a little assistance and motivation is all that is needed.

Whether your goals are to increase muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, weight management, and/or cardiovascular conditioning we hope to assist you in accomplishing your health and fitness goals.

Fitness Center Equipment Orientation   Free Free
This is an introductory service and is perfect for a person who has never stepped foot into the Recreation Center.  The orientation will only provide you with the basics. Must make an appointment.      
Personal Training Packages 1 session $35.00 $25.00
A session will last from 45 minute to one-hour.  The client will learn proper lifting and exercising techniques and health and fitness education.  5 session $140.00 $110.00
Body Fat   $4.00 $3.00
The test will be administered by skin fold calipers.  Please wear loose fitting clothes and a pair of shorts.       
Healthy Eating Consultation    $12.00 $10.00
Trained and experienced staff will look over your diet and help you make lifestyle changes to a better healthy diet.
