Bill is a graduate of the A.S. Degree Program of Reparatory Therapy from California College of Health Sciences.
He is also a graduate of the Veterinary Assistance Program from Penn Foster Career School. and has been certified by the R.I. Department of Health as an EMT-Cardiac since 1979.
Bill has been a certified American Heart Association Instructor for 10 years and has many years of experience teaching CPR/AED, First Aid programs to Health Care providers and Layperson.
Currently, Bill is an Associate Instructor certified to teach EMT-Basic, Cardiac and Paramedic programs at American Safety Programs and Training Inc. and is also certified to teach CPR/First Aid for pets such as cats and dogs.
