Bill Estrella

Beginning Friday, May 1, 2015 at noon, the RWU Colleague system will be unavailable for a short time due to system upgrades. This will mean that you will not be able to register online, access your grades, request transcripts, etc. until the system is reactivated. We anticipate that the Colleague system will be available again by May 11, 2015. We will notify you when the system upgrade is complete and access is restored.

Please submit all requests to and they will be processed based upon the date of receipt.

To ensure that you are enrolled in the Summer and Fall course(s) of your choice, you are encouraged to register online for courses prior to May 1st. Students who cannot register by May 1st can take advantage of the following options:

  1. Contact your academic advisor who will complete the Summer and/or Fall registration form(s) on your behalf and document your request so SCS can manually enroll you in the course(s). Students who have questions regarding their assigned advisor can contact Mary Cooney at 401-254-4805 or
  2. Register online when the system upgrade is complete and access is restored.


Bill Estrella

Bill Estrella has been actively involved in the delivery and teaching of Emergency Medical care in various Hospital and Field settings for over (40) forty years.  He is one of the first EMT’s licensed in Rhode Island since 1971 and has RN licenses in both RI and Massachusetts.

Mr. Estrella is currently engaged as a Paramedic/ALS/BLS/EMT Instructor at American Safety Programs and Training as well as serving as a Medical-Legal Consultant, Several Area Law Firms.  He also was a Past Preceptor / Instructor, Northeastern University Paramedic Program.
