As part of the Honors Program curriculum, students are required to complete a Senior research or creative project, which represents the culmination of the academic honors experience. This requirement is designed to encourage excellence in student research and scholarship.
The Honors Senior requirement is a major research or creative credit-bearing project. A student declares his/her intent in the fall semester of the senior year by filing an application with the Honors Directors. The project must be completed under faculty supervision and the final product must include a written component which is submitted to the University Honors Advisory Council for approval. Upon approval, the student’s final responsibility is to submit his/her project to the RWU library archives.
