RWU Billing System Is Green!

E-BILL (electronic billing) is RWU’s official method for sending student account statements.

Roger Williams University does not mail paper billing statements to students.

Students are automaticaly signed up to receive E-Bill and receive an email with their initial login information. Once the student logs on to their account, they can activate the shared access option to register additional bill payers. Please note: You must be a registered student with actual charges to access the E-Bill system.

Register Parents to receive E-Bill by clicking on the link above, logging on and then:
Click on the MY PROFILE tab
Click SHARED ACCESS
Click ADD SHARED ACCESS

Enter the required information for a parent or other authorized user and create a user ID and password specifically for this user. An email will be sent to the parent / authorized user letting them know that they have been added as a user to your account.

The first E-Bill for the Fall semester is 05/15/13

Fall Semester Dates:
05/15/13, 06/12/13, 07/10/13, 08/07/13, 09/04/13, 10/02/13, 10/30/13, 11/20/13

Spring Semester Dates:
12/04/13, 01/02/14, 01/29/14, 02/26/14, 03/26/14, 04/16/14
