In October 2011, the entire Roger Williams University campus – along with a wide array of guests from the local community and beyond – united to celebrate Inauguration Week 2011.
With prominent civil rights activist and former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Andrew J. Young highlighting a weeklong series of events, the Inauguration commemorated not just the arrival of Donald J. Farish, the University’s 10th president, but the extraordinary accomplishments in teaching and learning that take place on the Roger Williams campus every day.
