February 18th, 2015 by bshapiro459

A research study, “Finding Common Ground: Measuring Smart Growth Performance and Potential in Rhode Island,” by Professor of Architecture Edgar Adams and graduate student collaborators Brian Boisvert, Fenton Bradley and Brad Shapiro,  has been selected for publication in the ESRI Map Book, Volume 30, which will be distributed at the 2015 ESRI (ArchGIS) User Conference. The Map Book is a key part of the ESRI conference, and has a wide distribution.  “Finding Common Ground” was presented by Adams and the group in a paper session and exhibition at the 2014 ESRI Annual Conference in San Diego, and published in the 2014 ESRI Conference Proceedings. The effort was supported by the Roger Williams University Foundation to Promote Scholarship and Teaching, and worked in partnership with Housing Works RI, the Housing Network, GrowSmart Rhode Island, and the Office of Statewide Planning.
