A member of the founding group of field hockey players at RWU, Samantha arrived on campus as part of the club team. Now the team captain, she’s helped lead the Hawks as they’ve established themselves as a competitive varsity team, welcomed new recruits and established off-season training regimens. And for Samantha, leadership is a trait that isn’t limited to the athletic field. She’s also served as Vice President of the Class of 2015, an RA, an Orientation Advisor, is active with the Center for Academic Development, and if that wasn’t enough, she spends academic breaks volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. Samantha truly embodies everything that RWU student athletes stand for.
